This app was created by Shellharbour City Council’s Museum team with support from the staff at Killalea State Park, and aims to promote the history of Shellharbour City, its people, and some of our city’s most beautiful locations. Tread Shellharbour includes walking tours of Shellharbour Village, Albion Park, Killalea State Park, and the Lake Illawarra Art Trail.

Family History Sessions

We can help you with your family history searches using print, online, CDROM and microfilm resources, including free access to Ancestry.com and Find My Past! Our free interactive ‘hands-on’ sessions take place twice a month 10am – 12pm every 1st and 3rd Monday, starting February 2018.

The Findmypast website provides millions of family history records – births, deaths, marriages and parish entries. Travel and migration, military and newspaper records covering a wide range of countries.
